Hello: I'm starting a trike project and need some advice. It currently has a 'front wheel friction drive', using a 1 hp 12 V system, with a garden tractor battery and a speed controller. I want to convert to a rear drive and at least 2 HP, preferably 3. I'm running into all sorts of questions about motor selection, battery packs and chargers. It looks like I need to go to at least a 24V system for this much power. I've found some robot motors that seem okay. Any advice would be appreciated! jdswitz [using] gmail {.} com
